Clear’s Authentic “Old” Style Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong Center offers many programs designed to improve the way you look, feel, think and perform.
Beginning Tai Chi for health.
This class is for beginners in any physical condition. Students learn the entire Clear’s Tai Chi Big 8 Move Set for health in 6 weeks.
This class meets on Tuseday and Thursday evenings from 6-7:15pm.

Clear’s Tai Chi Level 1 (Basic Skills)
This class is excellent for complete beginners or anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of Tai Chi and it’s amazing health benefits.
This class meets on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6-7:15pm. Class is ongoing and students can start at any time.
Clear’s Tai Chi Level 2 (Intermediate)
This class is only open to students who have completed level 1. It is for serious students who want to gain an in-depth understanding of Tai Chi.
Clear’s Tai Chi Levels 3 & 4 (Advanced & Mastery levels)
These levels are taught privately to students who have completed levels 1 & 2
Combat Tai Chi
This class is suitable for beginners. However training is difficult.
Students learn the Clear’s Combat Tai Chi Set & how to fight with it. Training includes Iron Palm & Iron Body skills, Fa Jing (explosive power) and much more.
Class meets on Saturday mornings from 10-noon. Students must also attend Level 1 classes.
Advanced Combat Tai Chi
This level is taught privately to students who have mastered the previous material.
Qi Gong Healing Levels 1 – 4
Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) this class is for anyone who wants to take their understanding of healing & energy work to the next level.
This class is taught twice per year at our intensive healing workshops.
Specialized Courses
Health-oriented techniques for Business, Education and Health Care that can be applied at anytime throughout a person’s busy day. Courses offered include:
- Self-care strategies to promote good health and general well-being
- Combating Stress in the Workplace
- Support to smoking cessation, diabetes care, arthritis and more.
